Text of Complaint by Pramod Kumar:

airtel guys hav recently forced me to upgrade my Settop box from HD to airtel Xstream and charged Rs 2000 for that. Now as this box is faulty I want them to revert back to old HD box with refund, or as a worst case option I want to cancel my airtel subscription with full refund. They are not responding to any of my query and as such I badly need you to intervene and help me. They hav just looted my hard earned money with severe lack of responsibility at their end, which is badly affecting customer experience
