I call customer care and confirm frist if my number is not in airtel than i purchase the plan for airtel xstream and use all benifits or not .he confirmed me than i pay for premium but still facing same issue . I sent lots of mail to customer care but still issue not resolved .please do jot purchase any subscribtion plan of airtel xstream i also suggest my all frnds group do not purchase any airtel plan .he cheat and give wrong information .
