Hi,
This is Vetrivel S, Yesterday(23-05-2021) I took a new AIRTEL Xstream Fiber From an executive Mr. Parthiban his contact number(8610130678).
I made the 3 months Advance Payment through online RS.2829 then he given the Modem and charged RS.250 for Wiring.
Another Person Mr. Venkatesh(8667727802) from installation team, He came around 7.30 and ensure me all the configurations are done,
We will call you back on tomorrow Morning (24-05-2021) and it will gets activated. From morning itself I called both the peoples, both of them are not responding to my calls.
This is not a right way to treat your Customers.
Can You Please guide me How to cancel the services and Procedure For Getting Refund Before Activation.
Am Totally Fed up with your services. Hereafter Am strongly Not recommended your services to my Neighbour’s.
