- I have got a connection of airtel xstream one week before….your sales person for saibaba colony Mr arunkumar said all the things you have getting through jio fibre for rs 1178 (monthly plan) you will get in airtel…. As in the problem of farmers.. I was not in a mood to continue with jio… Because of his words.. I changed to airtel… After using airtel… I was not able to connect with sun nxt and Sony… Which was earlier connected for me in the plan in jio…. When I called him and asked details.. He cannot answer it and now he is not taking phone for four days… Today I complained him to his senior in the morning…. But it’s around 6 pm… Now senior is also not attending the call….. Due to the irresponsibility of your staffs ..i need my money back or I should be able to connect those without any more payments…. If something as to be paid… Company as to collect it from your staff who as given wrong commitment.
