This July we contacted your executive Mr. Uday and availed the Airtel Xstream plan. He assured us of 100 Mbps plan. We paid the Advance rental amount for 3 months of Rs. 2397. In this scenario, our installation charges of Rs.1000 should have been waived off as per your policies. However, this executive deceived us and misusing our unawareness at that time asked us to pay Rs.1000 to his Gpay account which we did. Attached is the proof of payment.
We later also realized that the plan which we eventually received is a 40Mbps speed instead of the 100 Mbps which even caused our work to suffer. When we reached out to him, he was unresponsive mostly. When he did finally pick up our call, he was extremely rude. Today he has used foul language against my husband.
Please help address our issue at the earliest and also reconcile for the loss we have suffered.
