My airtel x fibre is not working from last 4days and i have raised various complaints through customer care and they say my issue will be resolved by 24hourd every day and assign a new technition but no one is attenting yet the first day msg came that “deepak kumar “is the technition which will come but he dsnt arrived nxt day msg came that “piyush” is the technition which will come but still he doesnt arrivd what a irresponsible service and poor service from airtel and still when i called them again they say wait for 24hrs and still my problm is not solvd i am getting alot of loss due to this but neither airtel and neithr their tech. Are understanding this.
Kindly look into the matter and do something about it
