My new connection with Airtel Xstream Fibernet was not established as technical team informed that box was far from my location. I was made to pay for the connection before initiating technical help. Now they are not able to give connection and are not cancelling the request and processing my refund. I made many calls to support team. Getting fake assurances that it will be done and I get refund in 7 days but they are not doing so.
