Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Airtel XStream Fiber customer – ID is 013546287316_dsl. The connectivity is down since 14-Sep-2020. A service request was initiated with request no. 121975974 against which I received the message that Engineer (Rohit BSN) will be visiting my premises between 15-Sep-2020 0830 am – 15-Sep-2020 0930 am. None of your engineer turned up. I received a message on 15th morning stating that you will call me soon and the request will be resolved by 15-Sep-2020 12:30 pm.Again nothing happened and I called up at 121 and spoke to your customer care executive (ID 198819020) at 17:34 on 15-Sep-2020. She stated that she is escalating my issue and arranging for callback and assured me that since my issue is pending since last 24 hrs so it will be resolved on priority. I waited till morning but no action was taken by Airtel. I called up again at 10:40 hrs on 16-Sep-2020 and spoke to your executive (ID : 1080906655). She said that the earlier executive has not arranged for callback and now she will escalate the issue and arrange for callback and assured me that my issue will be definitely resolved by 4:00 pm. I again waited till 4 pm and as usual nothing happened again. I didn’t received any call and my internet is still down. Again I called up your executive (ID 1081096137) and told her the complete story. She started saying the same thing as was being told to me eby earlier executives. I requested her that I wish to speak to some senior supervisor, but she said that no supervisor is willing to talk. She said that she is escalating my issue.. This seems to be third escalation since yesterday and with this my issue must have reached to some senior Operations manager of airtel customer care. But alas I am still sure that nothing is going to happen even now…I am writing this e-mail so that you may suggest the route to get the issue resolved immediately as it is already 2 days since disconnection and due to ongoing pandemic situation, my family’s life is fully dependent on this link.
If still the issue is kept pending then I won’t be having any other option then to take legal route.
Kindly expedite accordingly and get the issue resolved.
