Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Airtel XStream Fiber customer – ID is 056547253344_dsl. The connectivity is down since 02-Nov-2021. A service request was initiated with request no. 10000894751 on 3rd nov. On 3rd evening, a person came to my house & on checking, he told that the wifi router is to be change. He also said that as this is festival time, it’ll take about 1 wk for new router to come, but if you pay Rs.2000 it will be change today only or by tomorrow morning. As i refuse to pay money, he became angry & said he will come whenever the router is available with me. Its already 7th nov night now but my issue is not resolved.
Your customer care number(121) & executives are also of no help. On repeatedly calling, today they initiate a new service request no. 10001008437 & i was assured & also got a sms that an engineer named Mahaveer will visit my house between 7:30 – 8:30pm but as expected, nobody came or even called me.
Its very shameful that a company as big as airtel is making fool of their customers & a person appointed by the company is asking for bribe to get the work done.
I guess i have no other option but to pay Rs. 2000, as last month only, i prepaid my account for 6 month
My work is getting affected due to unavailability of broadband & also my kids are not able to do their online classes.
If still the issue is kept pending then I won’t be having any other option then to take legal route.
Kindly expedite accordingly and get the issue resolved.
