Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Airtel XStream Fiber customer – ID is 056547253344_dsl. The connectivity is down since 03-Nov-2021. A service request was initiated with request no. 10000894751on the same date. A person, named Nahar Singh Parmar (mobile no. +916395357339) visited the house in the evening & told that the router is to be change. He also told me that as this is festival time, it’ll take abt. 1wk for new router to come but if i shell out Rs.2000, it will be changed on the same day or by next day i.e. 4th nov.,2021. I refused to pay extra money. Since then,he is not picking my phone . He infact marked my complaint as resolved on 5th nov.,2021 without resolving the issue actually, which i had to request to open it again…Its 6th nov,2021 today & my airtel xtreme issue is not resolved yet, even after repeated calling on their customer care service number(121) for not paying Rs. 2000 extra to the person appointed by the airtel, eventhough i am prepaid 3 month advance for the service.
I am writing this e-mail so that you may suggest the route to get the issue resolved immediately as it is already 4 days since disconnection
Kindly expedite accordingly and get the issue resolved.
