Text of Complaint by Mohamad Aslam Abdul Kadir Shaikh:

I placed a service request through Airtel Thanks on 29th April reporting inconvenience caused due to lack of Internet WiFi. A similar request was made the following day that is 30 April 2022. Simultaneously, calling the Airtel representative who installed the WiFi connection at My home. Chasing people and contact numbers one after another that were provided to us by your Airtel technicians to wiremen assuming that they will help us solve the problem.

Fumed and Frustrated I decided to write an official complaint to Nodal West Airtel Mumbai on 4th May 2022 for which I received a response three days later saying we need 24-48 hrs to solve my problem! I was patient enough, when requested compensation for the inconvenience caused, Nodal.West@in.airtel.com is responding that they put my request on priority and need another 24 to 48 hrs to solve the WiFi internet connection. Does it make sense?

To date (May 15, 2022 ), No WiFi Internet & Nobody from Airtel is really interested to fix the Wifi internet (Airtel Xstream Fiber).

Kindly consider this case Urgent.
