I had recently requested for new broadband connection from airtel website.
And after that sales guy omkar kamble had done the wrong feasibility in my wing for fullfil their sales target.iwas happy to take connection from airtel.
Next day i got call from Omkar(M: 7841069074), he did kyc online and taken advance payment of 4000 rupees and collected all documents photo, PAN. Before submitting documents i had asked him multiple times and he promised me that no problem in my wing
So, i was happy i did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.
After i did online payment prasad promised me of connection next day, i waited for next day after that technician called and saying that there is no connector in your wing so we can’t install. He said that sales guys is always doing such kind of things for fulfilling their sales target. You have to cancel. I called that sales guy omkar kamble and he said you will get 100 percent refund in next 7 days.
I called customer care number 5 times and asked them to cancel and refund my payment.almost 10 days gone but not get any refund and sales guys are not responding.
I want to get refund of my payment and take strict action against such kind of sales person.
