I am the user of the AIRTEL’s Xstream fiber broadband and I face frequent internet down and the resolution took very long approx. 3-4 days. I am a college student and i need internet to study daily but my internet stopped at random timings. I’ve already file many complain to Airtel thanks app (airtel official app), called at customer care many times approx. 40+ the resolution takes too long. and every time the shut down the internet at my exam, seminar or any important days. Internet down is the very big issue in airtel, i request you to please take care of my issue.
