Hello there i am Vikrant Kumar,

This is to bring u in referance that i have called and put request so many time for my broadband connection at my home but ur technical team is regretting for connection at my home stating that there is no cable expansion in my locality, but as i have checked and confirmed from ur customer care executive that there is availbility of broadband connection at my area.

Its been month and ur technical team has not shown any response and on calling they just say jab cable dalegi tb connection hoga but cable already dal chuki hai par connection koi karne nhi aa raha.

I just wonder if ur website is showing availabilty of connection then why they are not responding and delaying in connection.

In refernce to that i will just say airtel is making fool of people and much more their team specially their technical team.
