My Airtel xStream connection was interrupted at 12 PM Saturday 24th July 2021 and I raised complaint at 7:30 PM. I was assure the service issue will be resolved by 12:30 PM Sunday 25th July 2021 technician came and went and a new ETA was provided which was 12:30 PM Monday 26th July 2021.
This deadline was too not honored and again a new deadline was given 5.30 PM Monday 26th July 2021. Its 5 PM of 26th July and no one has appeared or called to resolve the issue.
I took this connection as I am working from home and my business is getting impacted due to lousy service and support of Airtel xStream. I need a compensation for the lose of productivity due to the unavailability of Airtel internet service.
