I made a request for Airtel xStream Connection. A airtel executive came to my address and filled up the details for the connection. I was asked to make the payment. Payment was done. The executive said that connection will be done within 2 days. But still i have not received my connection or my refund. I have followed up with airtel customer care and also execute multiple times. I haven’t received my refund. They wont respond properly to my emails and messages and calls.
