I registered for the service fews days and yesterday (18/08/2020) got a call from one of the agent named `Vinod` and he told me that internet net service is available within 100 metres and then i opted for the monthly rental plan for which i paid 943 rs (799 + 144 as GST) and 2000 rs(although router is said to be free with any plans ) for the ONT charges.
Today(19/08/2020) they are trying to scam me saying 300 metre cable will be required for installation.And for that I have to pay 3000 rs extra (1000 installation charge + 2000 extra wire charge). This seems like a fraud case to me and now i want to discontinue the services because i don’t see any user friendly co-operation here. Am i supposed to pay for Airtel fibre line? Is that how the scam is being done?
I need disconnection and full refund of rs 2943 that i have paid via online link i got on my number.
For further contact details, do reply. Please try to help me out here and punish these fraud agents who just for the sake of connection loot customers.
