Hi I took your Airtel Xstream Broadband connection today and informed sales guy Mr Anuj Choudhary that only go with it if you can do it by 5 pm. He said it will be done by that tie for sure. Technical guy came and did the set up. Also Mr Anuj forced us to make payment before and we did it once the technical guy reached. But aga after 2-3 hours they said bar code isnt generated and there is some technical issue. after this technical guys also left saying they will come later bu noone came after this. we tried reaching out Anuj but he didnt pick up the call. Also noone is there to whom we can raise the concern.
also they are not telling how to file for refund. I am working from home and internet is critical for my process.
it hampered my work and time. also my money is stuck with them.
Please take strict action against Airtel and Mr Anuj who gave false commitment and later didnt pick call from our side.
