I was having Xstream box remote issue last month. I logged the complaint and got it replaced on 17th July. The technician came in a very hurry just checked the signal connected the remote to Xstream box. Replaced the remote and just ran away without connecting the TV on it and properly getting it checked by family members. Again the issues had arised in the remote and it not functioning properly. I have clear notion that the remote was not new and the same was old one. It is fraud case and the remote shall be replaced under warranty.
