I have been trying to cancel Airtel xstream due to poor customer service and nobody able to help me to change my address and move the connection to another address close by. I raised a ticket on website and after almost 10 days they called and i told them to cancel my subscription. He said fine will do so and i beloved it was done. Untill i get a bill from Airtel of Rs.1069 of monthly charges. I had bo clue there will be charges if we not using internet . I called Airtel and finally got someone to speak to who took my cancellation request and they took another 10 days to cancel . I am not paying any fees, late fees or any other payment.
