Hello sir/ma’am,
In the previous month i installed the airtel xstream app n it worked properly till i was using it on my previous recharge, but now when tomorrow i have reached my number with Rs 598 for 84 days in which it includes the access to wynk music, airtel xstream but i’m not able to access it as it displays message to recharge with Rs 249 to continue.
This is totally cheating, if the offers are not available then why do you display such offers on recharge.?
Kindly look into the issue and provide me with a solution.
