Worst experience from Airtel. I bought Airtel xSafe around couple of months back. Around 10 days, i was unable to check live stream on my mobile phone. Airtel xSafe app is asking for verification code and i tried to call and email airtel xSafe team. I don’t know why Airtel is struggling to share verification code. Worst part is, Airtel only provides recordings for 7 days and it’s more than 10 days now. Not sure who will be responsible if some mishap happened.
Airtel xSafe- Customer care only speak in Telegu (no english or hindi). I sent multiple emails but no resolution yet. Very much disappointed with Airtel services.

  1. Xsafe- worst customer care and proving wrong information to make us buy the product.

    I was told that the xsafe 360° camera can be bought at ₹1000 per camera without any monthly charges, and after installation they informed about the monthly charges of ₹200 per camera.

    Now they are saying there is no solution deactivate the camera, and ₹2000 is your loss.

    Its an harassment for the consumer..
