Text of Complaint by Shanmugam:

Lodged many complaints about the cloud recording is not happening even with the subscription package for an year is active. Every time calling to customer care registering new complaints but not resolving the issue. Closing the request without giving proper solution. Bad response from the customer care team, and for every new request they are taking time to analyze a week and not closing properly. Subscription time & money are passing and wasted unnecessarily without providing the intent of the service. So far registered complaints & marked as closed:
