I placed airtel XSafe services on 7th July 2023 through call support – 9860998609, their rep said indoor camera will work outside as well and installation guy came on 12th July 2023 and said order is for indoor camera and if we install indoor camera outside, it will not be covered under warranty. So i asked to modify order they said order cannot be modified and then i requested to cancel the order and refund and then i will place new order. They said u will receive refund within 2-3 days… I called them multiple times and everything in vain. Today is 8th Aug and am still waiting for my refund. Please help me to get my refund.
