I have paid rs 4000 for airtel camera but representative refused to install camera on same day. So I cancelled the order on 15 April 2023. Still it’s been 13 days I did not get any redund. Even airtel store is not helping giving more days again again. Please help me.

I have also facing the same problem. I purchased two camera cisting Rs. 9196/-on 12 Aug 2023 When ever I call there reply is stock not available.
Currently I am facing the same issue. On 27th August I placed the order of Airtel Xsafe cameras, total order amount is 12394/-. On the same day I file a claim to cancel the order as soon as I knew that I have to renew the cloud fee yearly. Almost 1 month 3 days passed away, every day I called 9860998609 and they told me the same recorded thing
“Sir I escalate your claim, you will receive a call with in next 4 hours and then you will receive a cancellation confirmation code. After that you will receive the full refund in next 5 – 7 days”.
Unfortunately that call, SMS and that shining day still never came yet. Fully frustrated, don’t know how can I get my refund?
