Dear Sir/Madam, I am from Hyderabad, Telangana, have installed X-Safe 5 cameras in the month of Jan 2024, since then I have issues. After the installation I could not watch cameras LIVE, I took new separate internet connection just for these cameras, still its not working. Now I want it to be configure by cable, Airtel is not sending Engineer despite of several follow ups. If Airtel cannot give service, please let them take back their cameras and return back my money.
