I ordered the Xsafe on 10th October and next day engineer visited with camera but installation not done as there was no feasibility to install the camera, so the installation was cancelled and updates same to Airtel Xsafe support and they said your order is cancelled from their side but the guy who came not cancelled from his side.But they are not returning the money now. The camera installation not done and not accepted the camera.
Since thencalled multiple time to Airtel and no response, called the engineer he is diverting the call to unknown number. So something is wrong with the XSafe product of Airtel.
