Airtel xSafe 360 Degree Camera stopped working on June 6th 2023 and I raised a complaint on 7th June 2023.
Since then there has been no action taken with multiple phone calls and escalation emails.
They had to replace the camera and took 1.5 months to replace with new camera. But now they are not enabling the camera
I had paid for 1 year and taken the subscription but as I have lost 2 months in this issue, the request to extend the subscription was rejected by the customer support.
They are not providing the refund nor enabling the new camera. I am at loss here
