I have paid Airtel Rs 15894 for 3 external camera and cloud service for one year on 24th Aug 2023 and I was told amount would be refunded if something goes wrong during phisical demonstration of camera. Their tecnician came for installation and said that my wifi signal is weak for the camera and it doesn’t work and said he would cancel the order and issue a refund with in 7 working days. But till now I have followed up so many times with them through mails and calls, every time I call them, they ask me the reason for cancellation and finally they say it would be refunded within 7 days. Same stereo type answers. I am fed up of contacting them. This is absurd and irritating. To my shock when I checked up their app it shows that the cam has been installed. My hard earned money is struck with them. Kindly help.
