I have activated international roaming pack even though they have charged me 37000 rupees for internet mobile data usage of just 32 mb at Lebanon country on talking to customer care they are saying charges are valid they don’t have their own Airtel network in that country and they have partnered with other network so they charge more. Will I have a dream that they don’t have Airtel network and charges will be more….Isn’t that surprising and astonishing that just for 32 mb of mobile data they are charging 37000? Is there anybody to provide justice for me.
