DEAR SIR/MADAM,

IT REALLY A HARASSMENT TO USE AIRTEL.IN AUG 2018 I OPT APLAN OF AIRTEL(RS 649) WHICH GIVE THE FACILITY ONE NUMBER FREE.UNFORTUNATELY SINCE AUG 2018 MY BILLS HAS CHARGES OF RS 234 EXTRA FOR THE ADDITIONAL NUMBER.EVEN AFTER CALLING SO MANY TIMES TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ,NO CHANGES HAS BEEN MADE IN MY BILL .

I ADVISE AIRTEL IF THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS PROVIDED ,ITS BETTER TO STOP THE SERVICE.
