Text of Complaint by Kamlesh Singh:

Dear Sir,

my mother has recently become the victim of your disgusting scheme whereby you are holding back top up payments on prepaid number from your accounts receivable and making the customer suffer by blocking their PUK and demanding from them the second payment in order to access their service for which they have already paid. Dubious payments are tour ways to make up for your sales targets. Customer then receives their original payment in 10 days. Absolutely disgusting! only india can come up with schemes as evil as this. I will be taking my service to Jio. I have lost all respect for Airtel.
