Dear Sir,
I have a Prepaid Airtel Broadband Connection since November 2021 in Ajmer (Rajasthan).
Last Friday 1st July, 2022 internet services stopped so I raised a complaint with Airtel on 2nd July 2022. I was informed the complaint will be resolved by Monday 4th July, 2022. No one from Airtel contacted me on Monday. So I raised another complaint and I was informed the complaint will be resolved in another 4 hours. Today is 7th July, 2022 and still the complaint has not been resolved. I called up Airtel today morning at 7:30 am and I was informed the complaint will be resolved in another 4 hours. It was not resolved in 4 hours or did anyone from Airtel attempt to contact me, so I called up Airtel again, they want another 4 hours. When will their 4 hours end? Airtel customer support has agreed to call back in one hour. They called and committed to internet being restored by 5:00 pm. Now it is 9:30 pm and it is still not resolved. Since Airtel is not repairing the fault, please have Airtel refund the advance payment for the month and have them close the account.
