I was with Airtel from last 10 years but bad signal issues we had to port our services to jio. After a month into porting, Airtel suspended our services . We went into Airtel service centre and asked them to pay off the whole bill. We paid it all off but after 4 days of payment our phone are still off .. and than I receive an email yesterday night of a payment dues for 0.97 paisa. These numbers are our primary numbers and they are making it extremely difficult for us. Please help in resolving this issue
