Hi
I am Lakshmi Prasanna. I belong to Chennai. My airtel wifi landline number is 04443559816_dsl. . I have raised a request for wifi shifting within a city on 05th Jan 2022, Ticket I’d is 10013208349 For the past 9 days I’m call 3-4 times a day for connection, but i did not get any solution from the airtel team. They informed me that within 4 hours of working it would be fixed, max 24 hrs the issue gets resolved. But till date (13-01-2022) no solution was provided. Please take my concern.
