Paying good amount of money to get a decent amount of speed and uninterrupted service. But most of the days and months are spend on trying to reach support and beg them to get the connection fixed. They send some tech and they do what hardly does anything for 10 minutes and says o we fixed it and it’s the same no internet next day. Router they provide is so bad just next room doesn’t give enough speed. When we ask them to use our router they give reasons like o we cannot do that it will not work. My qestion is the technicians they send are they even trained on networking or routers. I don’t think so. It has been a nightmare with using Airtel broadband. I would say ACT is a better ISP than such a big namekme airtel, atleast they are knowledgeable. Internet speed worse. In top of that it hardly works for 15days or so in a month. What am I even paying for. I have opted for wifi so that I can have uninterrupted connectivity so that I can do my office works. Techs gives reasons like dogs chewed the outside cable sometimes they say we need to change cable and what other lame reasons. I work for IT tech too. This is just a bad customer service and support. No response no resolution.
