Hi Team,
I had opted for Airtel WiFi connection on 22nd September 2020 and promised me that the speed would be 100mbps. However later on Airtel told me it would be 40mbps and not 100!
once the connection was installed and checked the speed it was 16mbps.
And now Airtel is telling me that they’ll be charging me for a month because nobody contacted me nor resolved my issue for a month. And now they’re charging me one month fees for doing nothing and then cancelling my network!
can someone please look into this and take appropriate action?
