It’s been more than one and a half month and i have requested to deactivate my wifi service through mails, and on call with customer care executive. As amid lockdown there is no other measure and i have not used a data since 2 months as i am not at my rented place where is airtel wifi connection.
But i am still getting bills every month when i have not used a data , why would i pay the bill and i am tired of requesting them to deactivate my service.
Here i am sharing the screenshot of my one mail , i have so many other mails too and even call recordings where i have requested them to deactivate my service.
Please take the necessary action to my problem
