I booked an Airtel broadband / internet connection Order ID:21-154107668616 and paid an amount of Rs.1500 as booking charges. At the time of booking, Airtel representatives assured that the installation would be done the next day.
However, even after three days, no installation was done. I repeatedly tried calling the Airtel installation team and customer support, but there was no proper response. Later, Airtel informed me that broadband service is not available at my location.
Despite service being unavailable and no installation done, the booking amount of Rs.1500 has not been refunded. Currently, Airtel representatives are not responding to my calls or messages.
This is a clear case of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice, where money was collected without providing the promised service.
I request immediate refund of Rs.1500 along with appropriate action against the company.
