Subject: Request for Resolution and Bill Waiver for Airtel WiFi Account
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request your urgent attention regarding my Airtel WiFi connection (Account No.: 10101021430664). I have been facing continuous connectivity issues since 11th October 2025, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the issue remains unresolved.
I have raised the following complaints on different dates:
11th Oct: 31-1000008705212 – Closed from Airtel without contacting me
16th Oct: 31-1000008813334 – Closed from Airtel without contacting me
22nd Oct: 31-1000008928241 – Closed from Airtel without contacting me
27th Oct: 31-1000009052426 – Request still open
In spite of these repeated complaints, the issue continues, and I have been following up with Airtel Customer Service more than 15 times without a proper resolution.
I was surprised to see that the bill for October 2025 has been raised for an amount of ₹1,350, even though I have not been able to use the Airtel WiFi service for more than 20 days during the month. My actual usage was limited to only 10 days.
Therefore, I kindly request you to provide a bill waiver for October 2025 and ensure that the bill for November 2025 is not generated, as I intend to discontinue the service because of the ongoing unresolved issues.
I have been trying to get this issue resolved for 49 days as on 27 th Nov 2025, and I request your immediate assistance.
Now I have stopped using Airtel Wifi and DTH service then also my bill for the month of Nov 26 for the amount Rs 1486/- has generated.
