I have purchased airtel wifi dongle for 3000rs but till now I did not receive a proper network connection. Whenever call to customer support first it’s taking hell lots of time to get connected. If lucky call get connected then simply for the name sake they are saying they took complaints it’s will be resolve in 7 days. Do we need that much of time to resolve the internet issue. If I have full network why my wifi dongle network is fluctuating. I made the worst dission to buy Airtel product.
