Text of Complaint by Atchyutaramayya Chengalvala:

I Ch. Atchyuta Ramayya having airtel DTH and wallet on the number 9440402472. My wallet not working for the last 3 or 4 months I have been complaining to Airtel through emails and phone calls. But no result till now. Now I have been receiving messages mentioned that ” you are using your wallet and it will be deactivated on 21st July”. I have sent a number of emails to wecare@airtelbank.com and grievance.officer@aitelbank.com. But no result till today. I have a balance of Rs.200/- in my wallet. I spend a lot of time for sending these emails and phones and a lot of distress for my money. Please resolve the issue. I thought that there is a mistake in my name spelled wrong on wallet credentials. This is also informed to Airtel but no result.
