Good morning sir/madam.I want to recharge my mobile number sir.so I open a Airtel app then added my money to my wallet then I have try to recharge on my mobile number I have selected my plan all the required details I have entered mpin also finally I pressed click after the processing ,the page is saying you are attempting process is failed. If any money is debited from your account it will be reflected on your account but no money will be debited from my account later I tried to use my Airtel wallet money to send Bank or to send a person or send to merchant anything else always it’s saying attempting is failed .so finally my complaint is “I am unable to use my Airtel wallet money “so please to solve this problem . if it is not resolved I will be change my network.
So please to solve this issue as soon as possible.thank you sir
