Volte is not Activated in my Sim.

1. I haven’t been complaining in airtel customer care services and in twitter All they have is we are working on it.
2. First reason they told was my phone isn’t supported volte, I don’t understand how can they saw such idiotic reason, My phone is Redmi k20 pro and obviously someone who have a little bit knowledge in what they are doing can understand whether it support Volte or not
3. When I knew airtel is not gonna help to resolve my issue , I myself found the reason and it was IMS service in my sim is not activated that should be done my Airtel.
4. I contacted them and told the issue myself since they cant figure it out or maybe they don’t want to, still I’m not getting a postive response
