Airtel is charging a customer in the name of “voice special numbers” even when the customer has not made the call. It is their internal system and they are duping the customer by making false self-initiated calls to their internal numbers. There has to be an option of deactivating such calls but deliberately they are not providing the option of deactivating such calls.
It is a fraudulent act by Airtel and needs to be stopped.
I have been charged around 1200 Rs for such a useless one call for two hours.
