Airtel show room T. Nagar North usman road, chennai outlet forced me to recharge Rs. 219/- as first time recharge when I converted post paid to prepaid on 21-6-2021.Moreover customers are forced to download airtel app to get outgoing call activation for prepaid connection. You can not force customer to use airtel app and it should be optional. Is it mandatory as per Airtel rules. If so look into it and re consider the issue.
To avoid consumer registering their grievance/complaint, They are denying registering consumer mail id. I have register my mail id through airtel app 6 days back from T.nagar show room and till now it is not updated and my mails to 121@in.airtel.com are replied with automated message asking me to register my mail id using customer care no. 121 which does not have the option to register mail id. very poor Airtel customer service.
