1. It is to inform that I have received a call in the month of Nov regarding Free Channel Subscription Topper TV for One month later on if I am willing I have to pay 70.00 per month.
2. It is pertinent to mention that I have not opted in the Airtel App for the concerned channel and I am getting the channel.
3. In the month of Dec 2019 and Jan 2020 I have tried several times to remove from the Airtel App from my mobile but all of my efforts gone in vain. Airtel is willingly not removing the channel. With this I myself being educated looted by these companies. And what about the uneducated poor people.
4. I strongly need a definite action as per TRAI regulations
5. I have no hesitation to go further against the Airtel with huge money as penalty.
