Initially when we purchased the Airtel number, we were told it’s life time validity. Why do I need to recharge just for validity for incoming call as well???
And second, if I have 2 phones. I can’t even do normal top up of 50 or 100 rupee. Intern I need to keep doing recharge for even month just for validity
This is complete cheating.

Jio has given me 31 vouchers of Rs50 each . But I can’t use all of these as only 1 Vr can be used per recharge per 84 days. And it expires in Nov 2018. How odd that they give schemes to customers which can’t be availed logically by the customers. All that TRAI does, is bless Jio.
