Respected sir/madam

I am using your network from last 12 to 13 Years.currently I am getting messages regarding validity of expiry.when I get a connection at that time the proposed scheme was life time plan and now they are charging for validity payment .If we don’t make validity payment they are disconnecting your outgoing call and even when I dial *123# incoming call validity date also they qoate which almost after 35 to40 days.

It is not ethical way to do te buisiness.its better not to use your connection in future.
