I had recharged my no 9742307243 for Rs. 100 only talk time where it was mentioned validity N/A but after I recharged I get an SMS stating that validity is for 28days. Why was it not mentioned before. I am a senior citizen so I didn’t want with validity because I need talk time only for emergency purpose. I have enclosed both the screenshot.
Why are the public taken for a ride. Earlier also when there was balance in my account they simply activated some game app before I knew they reduced the balance to zero and were sending messages for recharging. If airtel is not able to take on jio competition doesn’t mean they have to cheat public.
